The Design Process - from concept to reality
Step 1 - Understand what's needed. We need to talk to you so we can clearly understand want you want for your business - the work environment. your corporate brand, you staff needs - this helps us to create a brief that we'll work to.
Step 2 - The Market. With a clear brief we will begin to create your colour palette, alongside we'll check out your market sector to make sure there's no clash with competitors so your image will stand proud in the market.
Step 3 - The Design. Caroline, our chief designer, will produce a range of garment designs, fabric suggestions and will recomend the best use of core and accent colours. A range of story boads will be presented to you along with examples of garment shapes, fabrics and the essetial trimmings like buttons, labels and zip pulls.
Step 4 - The Garments. Once we've agreed the designs the chosen range will be turned into sample garments so we can present them on real people! Show your staff, get them to try them on - see the images within the workplace.
Step 5 - The Test. We'll always suggest a test, by making up a few of the garments you'll be able to get staff to wear them, wash them and comment - this will give your range the seal of approval and you'll know all the work on design and development has been worthwhile!
